The B & K 505-040 is a Schedule 80 PVC pipe nipple designed to extend threaded plumbing connections. These nipples are used in sprinkler systems where an extension is needed for the sprinkler head to be above ground level, and may also be used to prevent damage to the sprinkler head.

The 1-inch connection size and 4-inch length create a compact profile that integrates easily into tight spaces. Schedule 80 PVC construction provides the strength and durability needed for plumbing and irrigation applications where reliability is essential.

Features and Benefits

  • PVC Material: Made of PVC for durability and corrosion resistance in water applications.
  • Compact Size: The 4-inch length and 1-inch diameter fit easily into confined areas.
  • Threaded Connections: Male iron pipe thread (MIP) on both ends allows simple connection to compatible fittings and components.
