Description
Through The Roof! is a clear, ultra-elastic sealant engineered to permanently stop and prevent roof leaks around flashing, vents, chimneys, and other roof fixtures. Unlike traditional asphalt-based repair products that dry hard and crack under temperature changes, this brushable elastomeric formula expands and contracts with seasonal weather shifts, maintaining a flexible seal that resists water penetration and lasts significantly longer.
Homeowners and contractors choose this sealant for its professional results without the unsightly black appearance of asphalt cement. The clear finish blends invisibly with any roofing material and can be painted to match your roof's color. Because it adheres to damp surfaces, you can apply it without waiting for perfect weather or complete drying—ideal for urgent repairs or preventative maintenance on residential and commercial rooftops.
Features and Benefits
- Ultra-Elastic Formula: Stretches and contracts with temperature swings, preventing cracks and leaks that plague rigid sealants.
- Wet-Surface Adhesion: Bonds securely to damp roofs, eliminating delays for complete drying before application.
- Clear, Paintable Finish: Remains transparent for a seamless appearance and accepts exterior paint to match your roof.
- Superior Durability: Lasts 20 times longer than traditional asphalt repair products and won't dry hard or crack.
- Brush-On Application: Spreads easily with a standard brush for precise, mess-free coverage.
